Description

The four buddhas seated back to back, wearing monk robes, their legs in vajrasana, their hands in dhyanamudra. All the bodies and clothing are gilt-lacquered except the hair and the figures. The eyes and mouths are highlighted in white and red, the expression is calm and gentle. The base with an old label “Collection Vériol N°20 Bouddah. Quad”.
