Sculpture by Miyao Eisuke of Yokohama, depicting a child proudly carrying a falcon on his left hand, in bronze and copper alloy with gilded parts; the details of his kimono are finely chiseled with lotus flowers, peonies and karakusa in gilded inlays on a characteristically Miyao work patinated brown background.
He is seated on a carved wooden base, adorned with hiramakie lacquer karakusa.
